Don’t Be a Nuisance!!!
I’ll go off a bit from what my writtings look like…
Where there’s decorum, do not be a nuisance.
If you are like me, you would not want to be seen or heard and make heads turn when entering a place where everyone is already seated . To avoid that totally, you will have to beat all odds, the African time syndrome and such like to be there early.
In a case where it can not be avoided , few things can help you not be a disturbance.
Ladies , your heels, yes , get a stud ...do not make noise , you do not want everyone to be alarmed at the arrival of “Miss koi koi”
Do not drag a plastic chair ...lift gently and place back ...make person no annouce say "everybody should settle down" because of you .
When sitted if you need something , pass a note to someone to give to the usher..try not to make a noise...you know your voice is naturally loud and you can not not whisper 🤣🤣🤣, if you whisper heads will turn...just write a note and pass ...
Dress according to the event ...do not wear shorts, polo and sneakers to where they are wearing suits unless you’re the photographer (no offense o abeg...
Respect the Usher
